Breakfree is a Black Cat 8.9 m designed by Roger Hill, arguably New Zealand's most respected catamaran designer.A functional design, she is built for NZ conditions offering stability, safety and most of all comfort thanks to the twin hulls. She is a fuel efficient with a cruising speed of between 22 knots, and a top speed of 34 knots so you will get to your destination quickly and in comfort.
This Black Cat is powered by twin Cummins 150 HP diesels, and has efficient cruising capability and speed which her current owners have appreciated for the extended cruising range this design offers.
